We will refresh you on all levels and call in the grounding transformation of the elemental to help you feel safe expanding into your golden light body.
Yoga Teacher, Hypnotherapist, Golden Light Ascension Energy Founder, Angel Intuitive, Kasey Goldstraw Gorgenyi will take us through an energy healing practice incorporating gentle yoga, qui gong, breath work and angels to align head and heart, clear stuck mental patterning, and limiting beliefs and to connect with your magical elemental light body.
